How do we do it?

These sessions are ONLINE and LIVE, so it doesn't matter where you are in the world. We use ZOOM.US as the video conferencing technology for this live-online consultation. After the call, I send a recording of our session so you can use it at any time. The video is uploaded as an unlisted YouTube video which only you can see.
